*Weekly payments for the above membership options are based on a recurring direct debit from a nominated bank account. The maximum start up fees payable per person for a direct debit gym membership is $84.95.
The maximum payable start up fee includes a $49 joining fee, $20 access key fee and a $15 direct debit administration fee.
